JOB DESCRIPTION:
Role: The Kitchen Supervisor role is to provide leadership and hands-on assistance
to employees who prepare great tasting and great looking food for our guests. Critical
responsibilities include being a role model of company policies and philosophies, teaching and
coaching employees, and assisting in managing controls that contribute to restaurant profitability.
Demonstration of a passion for food and attending to the details of food quality, safety and
standards is critical. The Supervisor is expected to contribute to an equal
opportunity environment that is safe and motivating for employees and to contribute to building
his/her business through strong restaurant execution of food, work-environment, and community
relations.
