Applied Behaviour Consulting offers consultative ABA services to individuals and their families. We offer both short term and long term services delivered directly by a behaviour analyst and work with a variety of populations. At Applied Behaviour Consulting we pride ourselves in offering high quality ABA services. The behaviour analysts select their cases, caseload, as well as hours worked to ensure services that meet the needs of both the client and behaviour analyst. We don't use the traditional supervision/IBI model in which a BCBA is supervising staff members. The BCBA works directly with the client and parents in order to achieve the selected goals.
Job description
Applied Behaviour Consulting is seeking a BCBA to provide ABA services to individuals and their families. This is an independent contractor position meaning that the successful candidate will be able to select their work hours, caseload and cases. Cases available include a wide variety of hours, goals and locations of service. Contractors get paid for direct client hours worked. 20-25 direct hours is considered a full caseload.. A flat rate travel fee of $20 is paid per in home client appointment in addition to the stated hourly rate.
Experience Required
- Experience providing and supervising ABA services
- Master's degree in an ABAI accredited graduate program
- BCBA certification
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Salary: $50-60 per hour plus travel pay
