Job title- Sales and Digital marketing analyst

 

Job Summary:
As a Sales and marketing analyst, you’ll engage with prospective clients across Canada and US, leveraging your knowledge in telecommunications and computer technology. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with 1-2 years of Sales & Marketing experience, who also thrives to get commission-based earnings to grow in a dynamic field.

 

Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing:

  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies tailored to the RF chambers, absorbers, and filters market.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer pain points, and competitor positioning.
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns that align with business goals and technical product offerings.
  • Create value-driven messaging and branding strategies to position the company as a leader in the industry.

Digital Marketing:

  • Build and optimize an integrated digital marketing strategy using SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Manage and enhance the company’s website to improve engagement, lead generation, and user experience.
  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including technical blogs, white papers, and webinars, to showcase expertise and drive inbound traffic.
  • Leverage LinkedIn marketing for B2B lead generation and client engagement.
  • Analyze performance metrics from digital campaigns and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.

Client Engagement and Growth:

  • Design and implement strategic partnerships with complementary service providers, enabling turnkey solutions.
  • Identify and nurture B2B leads through the sales funnel using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to create customized client solutions that demonstrate value.
  • Organize and attend industry events and conferences to promote the brand and establish connections.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to understand and communicate technical specifications effectively.
  • Strong skills in market analysis, positioning, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Proficient in designing and executing targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Expertise in tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and SEO/SEM platforms.
  • Skilled in content creation, email automation, and PPC campaigns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and technical staff.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to emerging marketing tools and platforms.

Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills, preferably with Canadian experience.

Job Type: Position becomes full-time after successfully completing a 6 month probation.

 

Pay: $38,500.00-$50,000.00 per year
