Bilingual Administrative Associate (PART TIME 16-24 HOURS WEEKLY)

The Willow Group is an association management, event management and creative services company located in Ottawa. We are currently seeking a fully bilingual Administrative Associate (English/French) to join our team 2-3 days a week (part time), with the goal of expanding responsibilities and growing this into a full time position in the future.
The Willow Group offers a hybrid working environment. The Administrative Associate position requires a minimum of two in-office work days per week. Remote work opportunities (one day a week) would commence after the training and three month probation period.
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS
- To provide bilingual (English/French) administrative support services to the company and its clients
- To support the day-to-day association and event requirements including responding to client inquiries via phone and email, event registration and exhibit/sponsorship sales processing and support services, membership processing and support services, membership and event reporting, bank deposits, on-site registration support for local events, etc.
- To strive to meet and exceed client expectations with every interaction.
