Certified Fraud Examiner designation required:
Lead our corporate fraud risk management program and advise senior leaders on FCC exposure to fraud risk. This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages.
What you’ll do:
- Plan, conduct and report on all investigations into fraud and other criminal activities committed against FCC
- Collect and preserve evidence as per the rules of admissibility and present same in legal proceedings as required
- Collaborate with FCC departments, police services and industry peer groups
- Identify and communicate any internal control issues to management and consult in designing solutions
- Design and implement fraud awareness measures

What you’ll need:
- Specialized knowledge in fraud examination techniques
- A thorough understanding of the judiciary system, both criminal and civil, and of relevant federal and provincial statutes and regulations
- Degree in business, finance or police studies and at least five years of related commercial crime-investigating experience (or equivalent)
