Connect6 Group is looking to add to our expanding team! We are currently looking for a Telecommunication Sales Manager who will be working alongside our newest client TELUS, a leading wireless services provider, and will be responsible for enforcing quality control in order to maintain company standards.

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Telecommunication Sales Manager to join our team. As a Telecommunication Sales Manager you will be responsible for maintaining and growing sales and building relationships with existing and new customers, troubleshooting technical issues related to equipment, and developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and reporting to the director of operations about auditing, coaching,and scheduling shifts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Report to Director of Operations
Auditing reps, completion of coaching reports
Producing sales as part of demonstration as necessary during coaching
New Post-Training Grads
Scheduling and reporting to directors and confirming the shifts of the sales representatives
Strategy based on result updates
Reporting updates
Updating timesheets
Have daily meeting with Director to review scorecards
Have Weekly meeting with Director
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have 5 years of experience with Telecommunications sales
Must be able to read, write and verbally communicate fluidly in French and English
Bachelor Degree a plus
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills;
Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer care
Ability to manage a team of upto 20 sales representatives
Focus on quality and customer service;
Exceptional listening and analytical skills;
Solid time management skills;
Must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels inside and outside of the Company
Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment;
Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed;
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (intermediate Word, basic Excel);
Compensation:
Compensation can be negotiated based on experience
